This is a delicious as well as a healthy and vegetarian meal that the whole family can enjoy.
It is super simple to put together but looks like alot of work has gone into it.
You will need
Half a slab of feta.
1 red onion chopped.
1 pepper chopped.
2 tomatoes chopped.
I packet of spinach.
I tin of tomatoe soup.
Chilli flakes and cumin seeds to decorate.
1 beaten egg.
Ready made short crust or flakey pastry.
Grate the tomatoes and mix with the feta.
In a pie dish pop in all the ingredients ( except the soup )and mix.
Add the soup and give it a good stir
Cover with the pastry,
Decorate with the chilli flakes and cumin seeds.
Pop in pre heated oven on a mid heat and cook until the pastry browns ( around 20mins)
Serve with a balsamic salad, parmisan roasties or good old chips.
