You will need….
A nice decent bread
Tomatoes (your local green grocer has a bargain basket, these tomatoes were 50p)
Cut lots of holes into the bread and pop in some mozzarella.
Place in the oven to slowly heat up.
Meanwhile, chop up some tomatoes, basil and onion, season with salt and lots of black pepper. Add a glug of olive oil and mix up.
Add the balsamic vinegar slowly and add as much or as little as you like.
Take the bread out of the oven when the cheese has melted and pour the mixture on top.
Serve while warm.
