This croissant bread and butter pudding is a great dessert, is really easy to make and its very filling, so a little goes a long way.

You will need…..
Pkt croissants
3 buttered slices of bread.
200ml of milk
1 cup of sugar
3 eggs
Handfull of chocolate raisins ( optional)

Preheat the oven on a medium heat.

Rip the croissants apart and cut up the buttered bread. Place it in the dish and place the chocolate raisins in random places between the croissants.

Mix the milk, eggs and sugar and pour over the croissants. Push the bread down so that the liquid is absorbed.
Sprinkle a little bit of sugar onto the top of the dish and pop it into the oven for around 20 minutes.
The aim is to have a toasted golden top and a soft inside.
Serve with cream and enjoy….
